How do I download the documents generated by a questionnaire?

From the “Download” section of the questionnaire, you can download draft documents (at any stage).

 A warning will appear if any information which is required for the generation of documents has not been provided [screenshot 1], or if the questionnaire is otherwise incomplete [screenshot 2].
