No, documents can be generated if not all of the questions have been answered. However, leaving a question unanswered may result in:
- a placeholder being included in the relevant document(s) (for example, if the date, time or location of a meeting is left blank because it is currently unknown);
- gaps in drafting; or
- wording for all possible answers being included in the documents by default,
requiring you to complete or update the document manually after download.
Some questions are fundamental to generating documents. We therefore recommend that you answer as many questions as possible before downloading the documents.
