I can’t login to FromCounsel. What should I do?
If your organisation has a subscription, then please contact the subscription administrator at your organisation to confirm that you are still authorised to access the service.
If you are still authorised to access the service but cannot (eg, because you are seeing an “Authentication error”, then please contact our team using our support form or email info@fromcounsel.com.
