I have forgotten my username and/or password. What should I do?

 

If your organisation has set up single sign-on, then you will be automatically authenticated when you click the bespoke URL provided by your system administrator. You are not required to have a password.

If your organisation has arranged individual login details for you, then you can change your password by going to www.fromcounsel.com , clicking LOGIN an then clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link.
