If I am out of the office, can I access the FromCounsel Annotations feature?

If you have access to FromCounsel through your firm's Virtual Private Network setup, then you will have access to the FromCounsel Annotations feature. If you do not have the secure connection, you will not have access to the decrypted comments for security reasons.
